NR2K ranks Russian communications agencies according to three key performance indicators: business volume (company revenues), professional experience (companies’ client and staff portfolios), and media activity (companies’ public media activity). This year, for the first time, the financial indicators were reconciled with reports of the Russian Federal Tax Service.

HP2K ranking is conducted under the auspices of the Russian Academy of Public Relations (RAPR), with the support of the Association of Consulting Companies in the Field of Public Relations (AKOS), the Russian Public Relations Association (RASO), the Russian department of International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), Association of Directors for Communications and Corporate Media of Russia (AKMR).
