Vileda Professional produces cleaning equipment for manual cleaning for various types of facilities - from commercial real estate to healthcare facilities and clean rooms (laboratories, pharmaceutical companies and enterprises, optics and microelectronics). Since 2018, the Fresh Russian Communications agency has been providing communications support to the Vileda Professional brand. The brand belongs to the German Freudenberg group.
In 2022-2023, the agency developed and implemented a PR campaign to promote the Svep Pro bucketless cleaning method in the healthcare segment. The agency developed a comprehensive PR campaign that included conducting research and promoting its results in the media and social networks. It also identified and promoted examples of successful implementations of the Svep Pro system in medical institutions.
Implementing communications projects in the healthcare industry is not an easy task. PR opportunities are limited due to various legal regulations. Moreover, medical workers are among the most conservative and closed audiences. The agency performed a lot of work with the expert community of doctors and nurses.
A study on organizing cleaning processes in medical institutions was conducted as a part of this project. Under the study framework, several Russian medical institution representatives were interviewed on various topics, such as satisfaction level of cleaning quality, willingness to implement new cleaning technologies, and whether cleanliness affects the image of a medical institution. The study results served as the main basis for developing a communication campaign. In addition to media publications, the results were posted in the brand's social media, Telegram trade channels, and VKontakte communities.
